Zoe is a passionate plant-based chef and the founder of Viva los Vegan.
Over the past 10 years, she has been developing and supplying delicious treats for Brighton & Hove’s cafes and shops.
A firm favourite of the vibrant and eclectic food scene here, Viva los Vegan also host regular supper clubs and run the pop-up cafe at the Flamingo House every May.
